Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Merchandise:
If the item you receive is defective, damaged in shipping, or the wrong item is received, we will replace the item or refund you, including shipping both ways. Please notify us immediately at comfortwearables@fleecies.com if you receive a wrong item, or a defective or damaged item. Returns must be received within 30 days to qualify for full refund.
All Other Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason, you may return your order for a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) (shipping not included), or for exchange or store credit. We must receive your return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unwashed condition, with all tags intact. Swimsuits must be returned with the hygiene strip in place. If it is necessary for you to try on a swimsuit prior to returning, please try on the suit over other clothing. Items must be returned with no trace of soiling or foreign odors, including but not limited to, perfume, body odor, or smoke.
We do not guarantee that any particular item will fit you. All items are labeled with manufacturer tags. Sizes may vary somewhat depending on manufacturer. Please refer to measurements provided on individual product pages or to the UjENA swimsuit sizing chart.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any items in your order for a different size. There is a $12 fee for exchanges to cover the costs of re-shipping and re-stocking merchandise.
