We are required to charge 7% sales tax for orders shipped within OHIO only.

Most In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days by USPS Mail, UPS or Fedex Ground and will arrive to you within 4-7 business days. UjENA swimsuits and beachwear may take 10-12 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available - email for a shipping quote. To qualify for free ground shipping offers, you must provide a valid address within the continental US.
Shipments to PO Boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii ship by US Mail within 1-3 business days and will arrive to you within 4-7 business days (allow up to 20 business days for UjENA swimsuits and beachwear).
International shipments ship by US Mail within 1-3 business days and should arrive to you within 7-21 business days. These orders will be marked "merchandise" and the purchase amount will be noted on the customs form. You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged by your country on delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs.
In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded in full or given the option to wait for your order to ship when the item comes back into stock.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the day of shipment. Once your order has gone to shipment, it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
It is our policy to keep your personal information private. Your information will not be sold or shared except as necessary to process and ship your order. If you choose to join our mailing list, you agree that we may send occasional emails to the email address you provide about sales, specials, new products, etc. You may opt out of our mailing list at any time.
We accept most major credit cards through Paypal. If you have a Paypal account follow Express Checkout for fast and easy service. Don't have Paypal? You do NOT need a Paypal account to shop with us. Choose the regular checkout option at the bottom of your checkout page and follow the links for non Paypal users.

Checkout for Non-Paypal Members
1. Click the checkout button at the bottom of your order.
2. Fill in name and address
3. Press continue
4. Review Billing and Shipping address
5. Choose Shipping Method
6. Create a user account with us . Type in user name and password in the boxes provided. This will make it easier for you to check out on future purchases. (You do not have to create a user account to complete your purchase).
7. Under Payment Method, click Paypal Checkout.
8. Review your order, and click the PayPal link to pay.
9. Use the links on the LEFT side to pay without joining PayPal. You will see a line that says: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue (This is right above all the icons of credit cards) Click the word "Continue" and you will be taken to an area where you can fill in your credit card information. You can use most major credit cards.

11. Review order and confirm! You are done.
Because we use PayPal as our payment processor, we are not able to take phone orders.
Please be aware that e-checks may take 3-5 days to clear before your order is processed. Payments by credit card and PayPal are authorized and captured at the time the order is placed.
