1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of ComfortWearables.com, affiliates, and related companies.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Three ways to enter: (A) Join our mailing list by entering a valid email address in the box above or located on any page on our website, and completing the instructions. Limit 1 entry per valid email address. (B) Become a fan on our Facebook Page. Limit 1 entry per fan. (C) Follow us on Twitter and retweet a link to this page. Limit 1 entry per Twitter follower.
3. TWELVE (12) MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWINGS: Twelve (12) monthly random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the twelve (12) month entry period. Odds of winning a monthly prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. All random drawings will be conducted by ComfortWearables.com. Monthly winners will be notified by email on or about five (5) business days from the date of the monthly random drawing.

4. TWELVE (12) PRIZES: Each prize consists of one (1) $25 ComfortWearables.com Gift Certificate to be used toward the purchase of clothing items at ComfortWearables.com. Total value of all prizes awarded: $300.00. Limit one (1) prize per household. ComfortWearables.com gift certificates are redeemable only at ComfortWearables.com. Prizes are subject to all applicable federal and state laws.
5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are transferable. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed. ComfortWearables.com will make two (2) attempts to notify potential prize winner(s) at the email address submitted at the time of entry. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, potential prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at ComfortWearable.com's sole discretion. By accepting a prize, each prize winner consents to use of his/her name and likeness for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the drawing, each prize winner agrees to release ComfortWearables.com, its parent company, related companies and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this drawing or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. ComfortWearables.com is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the drawing, or in the announcement of the prize. ComfortWearables.com is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor on account of technical problems.
